It's say hard disk error and it said run the hard disk test in the system diagnostics so I don't know what happened

Please provide a Product number and the current operating system. This info helps the Forum provide better assistance.

 

Did you run HP Diagnostics to check hardware and what is the result?  Start the PC, repeatedly tap "ESC". Then select "F2" to run diagnostics.
