Hi:
The error code you received, Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure, means the hard drive needs to be replaced and the operating system reinstalled.
Below is the link to the service manual for your PC. You can find the HDD R & R procedures in this guide.

If you don't have a way to reinstall W10, you can do so as follows...
To reinstall W10...Use the Media Creation Tool. Make the 64 bit installation media.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
You can make a W10 USB flash drive installer using an 8 GB flash drive using another Windows PC, since your PC is not working.
If you are asked to enter a product key during the installation process, select the 'I don't have a product key' option, and W10 will install and automatically activate once you are connected to the internet.
Here are the steps to create the W10 USB flash drive installer...
- Select Download tool now, and select Run.
- If you agree to the license terms, select Accept.
- On the What do you want to do? page, select Create installation media for another PC, and then select Next.
Select the language, edition, and architecture (64-bit or 32-bit) for Windows 10. You want 64 bit.
- Select which media you want to use:
- USB flash drive. Plug in a blank USB flash drive with at least 8GB of space. Any content on the flash drive will be deleted.

Thank you so much for such quick reply and help!
Which hard disk disk should I buy ? Could you recommend me one please ?
Is there anyway for me to recover the files I have on the computer, or I have lost it ?
I have a pen with Win10 too thank you !

You're very welcome.
Most likely the files can't be recovered, but you can try putting the old hard drive in an enclosure such as this and try to read it.
The product specs for your PC indicate that it comes with a 2 TB hard drive. If you need that much space, then this would be a good replacement.
If you don't need all that space, a 1 TB HDD would be a bit less...
