Product: HP Laptop PC 14-d2000 (2D127AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
My hard disk stopped working and all my data is gone. I gave it to a repair person and he just replaced it with a new one and told me that data cannot be recovered. Please could you help me recover my data it is very important to me. All my college documents and pictures which i transferred from my phone got deleted.😭😭

First, lets hope the repair tech gave you the old hard drive.
If you have it and it is a SATA drive, then possibly you can try to recover the data.
Many from the model line have a SSD, which might be more of a challenge.
Please post the drive specs and a picture.
