What is the full model number or product number of your PC?

 

The product number can be found on the same label as the serial number.

 

Please do not post the serial number.

Model HP Envy 750-427c. Just wanted to know what preloaded  HP software was on the computer. Geek Squad did a great job, but did not recover HP software and some drivers. I had Realtex sound, but now I have something else.

Below is the link to the product specs page for your model PC.

It indicates that it does come with the Realtek HD audio.

 

At the bottom of the section, you will see a listing of all software that was originally included with the PC from HP.

 

Here is the support page where you can install the Realtek audio driver and whatever available software there is that you are missing.

Unfortunately, the support site will not have all of the software that came with the PC, and the only way to get that would be to purchase a recovery kit from HP which you can also do on the W10 driver support page.
