Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a Broadcom BCM943228HMB 802.11abgn 2x2 Wi-Fi Adapter that came with PC. It keeps coming up as the cause for a BSOD. I tried to download it from HP site, but that was useless. I have the HP support solutions supposedly on my PC but no way to access it or remove it. I tried a new download of the HP solutions software but that failed.   I tried Broadcom site with the same result.

Hi:

What is the driver version currently installed?

Broadcom hasn't updated the drivers for that model card in years.

The latest W10 driver HP has is this one...

7.35.351.0

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp78001-78500/sp78044.exe

Windows 10 should have automatically installed 7.35.352.0, which was the last driver Broadcom released.

If your PC has an Intel processor and chipset, replace the Broadcom card with this model...

Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 802.11 ac 2x2 WiFi + BT 4.0    HP Part # 710661-001

You can find the above model wifi card on eBay.

Search by the HP part number, not the model of the wifi card.
