Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Cannot figure out if i can update to windows 10. I am running 8.1 and never got a windows 10 update. Product NUmber F3E92AA#ABA

You won't be able to upgrade to W10 without paying.

 

Microsoft closed the loophole that allowed for free upgrades to W10 beyond the July 2016 free upgrade end date this past October.

 

HP does support the PC with W10 drivers.
