Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have a HP15-fc0017na laptop that runs Windows 10 22H2 have the following strange issue when the Bios needs updating the laptop tells me to remove programs there is not enough space on the hard Drive. So I format the hard drive and reinstall Windows 10 22H2 and then the latest Bios update will install. All I am running on the laptop is Firefox and VLC player.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
