I don't know if I selected the right board but I'm having an issue with my computer where it doesn't log me in as a user. Any attempts to open the external Microsoft menu result in it closing itself and I can't even switch users because of this. The sidebar also closes itself and it looks like some of it is corrupted.
This happened when I attempted to format my computer as I have been having issues with the internet disconnecting when I step away from my router leading to me plugging it into the Ethernet for now. I don't really know what to do and I'm frustrated because I've spent 2 days now trying to sort this out. Please help!!!
Many thanks if anyone can get this sorted.
It was completely broken earlier but I fixed it by changing the UEFI Firmware and uninstalling the last quality update but I've run into another problem now. Trying to do sfc /scannow in the cmd prompt does nothing and I've even tried to edit the user profiles in regedit to no avail and I'm beginning to lose my sense of hope.
