Hello all,
My colleague Maria Tsekova cannot change her Windows password. She tried multiple times but it seems that windows doesn't accept the new password and cannot synchronize it. Can you please help her?

In General, every user on a Windows machine can change their password.
However, an administrator can lock out password changes on standard user accounts.
It sounds like you and your colleague may be working in a corporate environment using an Active Directory Domain.
Your associate should contact corporate IT for clarification and assistance.
