Hello, day! I will briefly try to describe my situation to you. I haven't used a computer for over 10 years. At work, the boss had an old candy bar that no one used and he gave it to me, I was very happy. But after launching it, it lagged and did not want to function. I decided to reboot it and that's what happened. After searching on Hp support, I couldn't find the solution I needed. I really hope for your help, thank you in advance for your help!

This nearly always means the primary drive is failing, will need to be replaced, and Windows reinstalled on the PC.
