I recently purchased a new
HP 8200-T/Core i5-2400 3.1Ghz/16384/2000/DVDRW/Win10P64
and I am extremeley frsutrated to say the least and ready to jump off the window of my manhattan apartment to say the most, because I cannot access the bios, I have tried every youtube video, every funvtion key on start up and nothing sorks. There is no UEFI option on RESTART NOW>TROUBLESHOOT > ADVANCED
I can't find UEFI startup anywhere. I need a definite answer please on how to access the bios since my android app studio requires a certain selection in the bios to see my app in windows.
This is unbelieveable. I am wearing out my computer restarting and press ing function keys. This is so incredibly unbelieveablk why once again things are so unnecessarily complicated in the world of computers. Please help me. thank you in advance

> I need a definite answer on how to access the BIOS ...
Since nobody has come forward with a "definitive" answer, try:
1. Power off.
2. Disconnect the AC power.
3. Disconnect the data and power cables from the disk-drive(s) & CD/DVD device(s).
4. Reconnect the AC power.
5. Hold down any keyboard key.
6. While holding that key, turn the computer on.
7. Look for a "keyboard error, press <blah> to enter BIOS SETUP".
8. Press the <blah> key.
Tell us how it goes.

Turn the computer off.
Disconnect the AC power.
Remove the battery from the motherboard (it's about the size/colour of $0.25 coin). It usually is a "press-fit".
Press-and-hold the ON/OFF switch, to drain any residual power.
Reinsert the battery.
Reconnect the AC power (and keyboard and mouse and video, if you have disconnected them).
Turn the computer on.
Hopefully, the motherboard will notice that the settings for the date/time have been "lost", and it will prompt you to enter BIOS SETUP to reset the date/time.
