Hi:
Since your PC originally came from HP with W8 64 bit, they no longer sell recovery media for your PC.
You can still get W8 recovery media from this vendor at the link below.
If you just need to reinstall W10, you can do that for free.
Use the media creation tool at the link below to create 64 bit installation media.

Boot from the media and you may be presented with a list of W10 versions to install. You will have to select W10 Home.
If you are asked to enter a product key during the installation process, select the 'I don't have a product key' option, and W10 will install and automatically activate once you are connected to the internet.
