I was having trouble with my BIOS disappearing on me & tried resetting the CMOS but can't recover as my USB keyboard won't turn on(as NumLock indicator doesn't light up). I've tried keyboard shortcuts before the PC turns on, so tried to use HP Cloud Recovery Tool. When I put in my Product ID, plus,"#ABA", it says,"The submitted product ID does not exist. Please contact HP support for help." Since my PC turns on(fans go on & USB CD/DVD light goes on & spins) but nothing on my monitor, just blank/black, I was gonna try this program but no BIOS. I tried typing in my Product ID without the,"#ABA" & still says the same thing. Also says something like too many failed attempts & try again in 15 minutes.

Greetings,
Welcome to the forum.
I am not a HP employee.
I am sorry, but you have PC problems which may require a local PC tech. HP released this product in 2013.
You are out of warranty.
Can't get a full picture of what is going on. Some of your comments suggest you have a hardware problem, some suggestions don't suggest hardware.
Your product does not support HP cloud recovery. HP does not provide recovery media for this PC (Link).
