According to the support pages for that model, it is supposed to be able to use the HP Cloud Recovery Tool

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06162205

If the hard drive fails, that is the best way to go, but you will still need a Flash drive for that.  They are relatively inexpensive, is that not option available to you?

Thank you for you reply,

I have no problem buying a flash drive but I have no recovery tool that I can find on my PC. Is it possible to download this or what to do?

According to the support pages, that PC came with Windows 10.  Therefore it should have Recovery Manager installed.  After Recovery Manager is started you can make Recovery Media. Or you can use the link I posted earlier for the Cloud Recovery Tool to make the media.

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04742289

You can start Recovery Manager while in Windows or

  • Use one of the following methods to open Windows Recovery Environment:
    • Restart your computer and immediately press the F11 key repeatedly. The Choose an option screen opens.
    • Click Start

. While holding down the Shift key, click Power, and then select Restart. Continue holding down the Shift key as the computer restarts, until the Choose an option screen opens.

If you some reason the Recovery Manager or the Cloud Recovery Tool does not work, you can Google for "Microsoft Media Creation Tool" to make a Windows 10 installation media.
