@Curiousgeorge32

I just signed in on my Microsoft account using the link I provided.  It shows that I have three different Windows PC registered and what the machine name is and where it is turned on or not.

If you do the same with your account for the Windows 10 Pro account, it should show that info, then ask to chat with an agent.

Click on the "Devices" category on the top Blue Bar to list the devices using that account.

Then click on the "View details" for the PC.  Then in the box for "Get help online"  click on "Get Support"

BTW: when you say it was bought from Amazon - is this a Refurb?  They almost always use Windows 10 Pro on a refurb.

Ok it seems like on both accounts it says that its windows 10 Home,

However

I know for a fact 10000% that my PC came with Windows 10 Pro.

I bought the PC from Amazon, I went back on my order and low and behold it says " 2021 Latest ELUK OMEN 30L NVIDIA RTX 3070 Gaming Desktop PC (RGB Liquid Cooled Intel i9-10850K, Z490 Mobo, 750 Watt Platinum PSU, Windows 10 Pro, 2TB NVMe SSD + 2TB HDD, 64GB HyperX RGB RAM)"

Not only that but at the time i gotten it i checked system information and it too says Windows 10 Pro.

Is there Any possible way to get back to my Windows 10 Pro?

Furthermore,  could i use The product key which is imbedded in the BIOS (OEM) to get back my Windows 10 Pro or something?

I appreciate the help,

Thank you.

Don't be silly. Yes, there is.

Furthermore,  could i use The product key which is imbedded [sic] in the BIOS (OEM) to get back my Windows 10 Pro or something?

Yes, a professional computer technician may try the following, but it is not a silly walk in the park.

I don't know if you have the technical skills to successfully perform the following steps.

Therefore, I recommend that you not try these steps.

Start with the latest Windows Installer (on bootable DVD or bootable USB memory-stick).

Disconnect any Ethernet cable from the computer.

Boot your computer from the installation medium.

When asked which version of Windows that you want to install, choose "something" or choose "Windows 10 Pro", but do not choose "Windows 10 Home".

As the computer automatically restarts, reconnect the Ethernet cable, to allow Windows 10 Pro to "call home", to automatically activate.

As @itsmyname  has suggested, reinstalling Windows 10 Pro from the latest download - found here

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

With a working PC, scroll down to the "Using the tool to create installation media"
and then follow the directions. You can make either the DVD or USB. Use this new media to install Windows 10.

When you start the install, be sure to pick Windows 10 Pro from the list and do the custom install, not the upgrade, then do the install.
When the install asks for the product key, click the "I don't have a product key" option to continue,
then the install will continue. Then when it has completed, meaning it has rebooted with the media removed then reconnect the Ethernet cable.  If it had Windows 10 Pro at one time,  it will be activated once it connects to the internet, as it uses a digital key.

BTW: the digital key embedded in the BIOS or motherboard is usually/most likely intended for Windows 10 Home.

Does it have to be an ethernet cable? Would it be fine to use Wifi?

HP Recommended

Yes, it could use WiFi, however deciding when Windows is allowed to phone home is much easier when using the wired connection, unless it doesn't know how to use the WiFi until after you are all done and ready.
