HP Pavilion 590-p0000nj
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The desktop was released July 2018, but is not supported by the HP Cloud Recovery.

How do I order recovery disks or USB stick from HP?

Thank you. George

Hi, George:

Did you confirm that your PC was not supported by the cloud recovery tool at the link below?

http://support.hp.cloud-recovery.s3-website-us-west-1.amazonaws.com/

If so, here is the link to order recovery media for your PC...

https://support.hp.com/us-en/mediaorder/HP-Pavilion-Desktop-PC-590-p0000a/19390500/model/22882681/so...

The other option is to use the Microsoft media creation tool which you can use to make bootable installation media to reinstall W10 at no cost.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
