What needs fixing in reference to W11 24H2?

Are you having a problem getting the update from Microsoft? Are you having a problem doing a manual 24H2 in-place upgrade?

Your PC's specs seem to support W11.

My LAN access is blocked. I always get 169.254.xxx.xxx instead of 192.168.xxx.xxx This happened when updateing to 24H2. The cable works on an other Notebook. the WLAN is running perfekt. No restart of Notebook, nor FRitz.Box solved the problem.
