Hello
More information is required to get assistance.
Which brand and model of CDMI you are using and if it's possible to connect it to two monitors or more?
Does the LG monitor shows a thing? what is displayed? is it connected probably?
It might be a technical limitation of the CDMI itself and i don't want to get in technical details!
If we assumed that there's no issue with the CDMI port itself, it might be a setting that need to be modified. Since you have Windows 11 installed please check the following page:

Here is the data sheet for the M01-F3224
https://files.bbystatic.com/k3SlO3goUOhbTQICsN0J2w%3D%3D/Datasheet
It states "One HDMI and one VGA at rear I/O area" so it would seem it should support a monitor connected to each port.
Assuming the "cdmi port" is really the HDMI output, then connecting another to the VGA port would seem probable. However, if the LG monitor does not have a VGA input, then using a "cable" to make a second connection needs to be an active device as the VGA output is analog, which will not connect to a digital input such as HDMI without some means of conversion.
I'm not an HP employee.
