HP Pavilion Desktop PC TP01-3000i (4M0K0AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I have tried the solution that was offered by the hp expert and did everything he said, but it did not work for me.  I just purchased a new HP desktop which I am making sure it is kept updated and it is working well.  What I need to do is find a solution that will help me reset the 2021 computer totally so I can install the newest version of Windows 11, so my husband can use that computer as it will be faster that the one he has.  The computer will not accept the recovery disc I had made when I first got the computer as it was the Windows 10 version..  It refuses to reset.  Is there a product out there that will force it to reset without having the recovery disc as I do not have the installation disc as it did not come with it?

On the support site for the PC, it has Windows 11 listed as a Windows OS choice.

You can make the Windows 11 media to install it fresh without going thru the use of a Recovery disk.

Windows 11

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows11

Scroll down to the Create Windows 11 Installation Media and follow the instructions.  Boot the PC to the new install media and install Windows 11.

If you have any further problems, please post back.

WOW!!!  I have been dealing with this HP computer for probably going on 2 years.  I was able to download Windows 11 in 2021 when the computer was new, but no updates came in for 4 years for the OS.  Was getting the warning that I needed to upgrade to the newest version as mine had expired.  After all of the work over those years, you had the solution that I needed to reset it and then it installed the newest version of Windows 11 24H2.  I did have to go to hp.com and update the diagnostics, but after that it wiped it clean and installed.  I am so grateful to everyone who tried to help me over those years.  Praise to everyone, but TheOldMan had the final solution that worked.  Thank you, Thank you!!

Glad to help.  BTW: the method I posted to download the install media will give you the latest version of Windows 11, so if the automatic Windows updates fail to work, that is the way to get the updates in the future.
