I'm having trouble updating my computer to Windows 10 Version 21H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5014023). I have already updated my computer to windows 11 but, I work from home and Windows 10 Version 21H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5014023) is the version I need to use to perform my job. For some reason, my computer keeps having an error message stating There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help. If anyone has any tips on updating my computer to Windows 10 Version 21H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5014023) it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

As explained here, you have 10 days to downgrade to windows 10 from 11
I assume that is long past or possibly you have a new system that came with 11
If you upgraded from 10 to 11, from the following discussion, the key points are
By default the Window.old is deleted after ten days.
After the Windows.old has been deleted the options to return to Windows 10 could be:
a) clean install (manual backup of important files)
b) modified custom install (Windows creates a new Windows.old > important files are then restored from the windows.old)
c) restoring a backup image (Acronis, Aoemi, EaseUS, Macrium, Paragon, etc.)
In order to go from 11 to 10 you must download and run the media creation tool for windows 10
and either do (a) or (b) above.
You may be able to download and install the HP version of windows 10 which gets you all the "freeware" that was on the system originally. That would be preferable to doing the (a) above as it may include drivers that are not in the Microsoft ISO package.
This matrix

may show your system is supported for restore from the cloud.
