Hello, my daughter Alarco Gaming Computer is not working well, it turned off and we tried to turn it on, and of at once. how may I make a back up, so that the files don't be lost when they repair it? I appreciate all your help guys, my daughter is stressing me with that. but the bad thing is that I don't have to much description about the computer. I just know that is a Alarco Gaming Computer Core I5

Greetings @Dominicana1016
Sorry to see you have a PC problem.
You should remove the operating system drive.
Now, I don't know what type operating system drive your PC has. It could be a small gum stick like drive located beneath a heatsink. This drive is usually located between the CPU socket and the graphics card.
Or it could be a 2.5 inch SATA SSD. This drive could be located in the chassis: near the front of the MB, or at the back of the MB tray, or in the power supply shroud.
Or the PC could have a 3.5 inch SATA HDD located in the power supply shroud.
Then connect the drive: internally to a second PC or by using an external drive adapter.
Copy data from the Alarco PC drive to the second PC or to an external USB drive.
You would have to use disk imaging software if you want to create a backup image of the disk structure and all drive contents. DiskGenius free should be able to do this.
Regards

Greetings @Dominicana1016
The image in your post is a stick of RAM (Random Access Memory). It is not a long term storage device.
The following image shows three possible storage devices which could be installed in the computer.
The 3.5 inch HDD is on the left, a 2.5 inch SATA SSD is at the top right, and a M.2 drive (similar to a stick of gum) is at the bottom right.
You might have to remove the back of the MB side panel to check for a 3.5 inch HDD or a 2.5 inch SATA SSD if the PC does not have an M.2 drive installed in the front of the MB.

I suggest checking the DiskGenius User Guide Here.
Select "Disk Operation".
Then look at "Backup Disk to Image File", "Restore Disk from Image File", and "Make Bootable USB Stick".
I have never tried DiskGenius free version so I can't attest to this software's efficacy. I use Aomei Backupper Pro (licensed version).
You might want to have a Local PC Tech backup and restore the OS drive (with a warranty) if you really need a reliable disk image backup.
