Hi

We have presently 105 HP Desktop and Laptop, and there are some of devised that we have purchase with OEM Operating system. But now days we are not able to know the  details oem Hardware List and how can we downloads  operating system installation kit

There is no such thing as an OEM Operating System installation kit.

 

What HP does have, that allows you to create installation media, is something called the HP Cloud Recovery:  

 

If your PC is a 2016 model or newer, you should see if you can make a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool on a working PC.

The recovery drive can then be used to install Win10 and the HP drivers and utilities that originally came with your PC.
