Hi
Belarc Advisor will show, and print out lots of valuable info.

KeyFinderInstaller may help....
https://www.magicaljellybean.com/keyfinder/

Doing research, and none of the methods are mine, I have some, simple single lines of code that will list the same value for your Windows Product Key…
Using cmd.exe as an Administrator (copy and paste accordingly).
wmic path softwarelicensingservice get OA3xOriginalProductKey >> c:\ProdKey.txt
Creates a text file called ProdKey.txt on your C:\ area.

Next is a PowerShell command, as Administrator...
(Get-WmiObject -query ‘select * from SoftwareLicensingService’).OA3xOriginalProductKey

but it will run using cmd.exe as an Administrator.
powershell (Get-WmiObject -query ‘select * from SoftwareLicensingService’).OA3xOriginalProductKey

If in doubt please ask.

Thanks for the quick reply.

But this key found by the program is not suitable. I also found it by another method, but the operator of Windows service centre said that this is not the activation key ((( . He offered to ask manufacturer so that he give  a serial number or instalation package for Windows  by using serial number of device. Who can help me with this request?

Hi

I am a little confused...

""Windows 8 Pro installed, and upgraded it to version 7 Pro""  you performed a DOWNgrade?

"Windows service centre"   Who are these people?

What you get told in this HP forum is accurate, by unknown 'service centre' who knows.

Step 1 Make backups.

Step 2 download and make a W8.X USB flash drive, yourself, it is a Lo-Cost/No-Cost option.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows8iso

Step3 Install W8.X

If you will be installing the operating system for the 1st time, you will need your

Windows product key (xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx).

Otherwise you do not, it is done Automagically.

Yes, sorry, I didn't write accurately. I really did downgrade because some programs I needed at that time are not supported by later versions of Windows. "Windows service centre"  - I mean official support service in my country, I found theie phone number on official cite.

Thanks for your advices!

YET again...

Who are these people?

What official site?

Scammers are really good at faking sites, and paying for an intermediary, middleman, is not good.

I know where the MS offices are in the UK, and I trust this...

Customer support

Hotmail, Outlook, Xbox, Windows, Skype, Surface, plus other Microsoft products and general enquiries about Microsoft.

THIS IS NOT ONE I TRUST.
