How would I do that, because the "Reset My PC" isn't working.

HP Recommended

Using another PC make a bootable USB recovery drive with the HP cloud recovery tool that will return the drive to its 'out of the box' condition.

Here is an info link for how to use the utility:

HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Support

Since you have to use the utility on another PC you will have to enter your PC's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed.

Your PC's product number is 268X3EA#ABU

Would a 16gb usb drive be enough for this download?

HP Recommended

No, you need to use a 32 GB USB flash drive.

This comes up. What should i do? My device is more than 5 years old if that helps

Since the HP cloud recovery tool is not working, your only other option would be to clean install Windows 11.

Make a bootable USB installation flash drive with the Microsoft media creation tool from the link below (2nd option).

Download Windows 11

Boot from the installation flash drive like you did with the HP cloud recovery tool media, install W11 and after W11 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
