I have been trying to access the BIOS of this computer to enable Intel VT-X. I have tried accessing the BIOS by pressing Escape repeatedly but it just made the screen go black and resume booting after a few seconds. What am I doing wrong?

@Samtell, welcome to the forum.

Tapping the Esc key once per second when the computer begins to boot should take you to the BIOS.  If this doesn't work you should try tapping the F10 key the same way.
