There are many products around. In my case, I clone the whole physical HDD (actually SSD's and M.2 SSD's) every quarter or before a big chance. All my data files are on my NAS and it automatically syncs to another NAS at my son's house which is 60km away.
For quick backup data files only, I think Synctoy is the best and free.
