How to change bios phoenix from SATA  to AHCI in windows 10

Such a change is not done "within" Windows 10.

Instead:

* shutdown, and power off.

* power on, and immediately press a key to enter BIOS SETUP.

* navigate through the menus, to find the option.

* change the option.

* "save and exit" from BIOS SETUP.

* Hopefully, as Windows 10 boots, it will accomodate the changed setting.

Can you use your smart-phone to take pictures of the BIOS screen(s), and post them here, so that we can see what you can see?

One of the screens (not the one showing a "reverse" image of an lunar eclipse  :Wink:  ) shows:

     SATA Controller [Enabled]

If you down-arrow to that line, and press ENTER, do you get a pull-down menu showing anything more than "Enabled" and "Disabled", i.e., anything like "AHCI" ?

Just enabled and disabled !

That's quite old, for a computer.

It implies that the BIOS predates the common availability of AHCI support.

Will your SSD work without AHCI support?

Does your motherboard support SATA III (6 Gbit/second) or just SATA II (3 Gbit/second) ?

Your SSD probably is capable of both SATA II and SATA III speeds.

Of course, running at SATA II will eliminate "rotational delay", making your computer faster than a "spinning" disk-drive that supports SATA II.

I looked at your motherboard specifications:

   https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01701270

It lists 4 SATA ports, but does not list whether those are SATA I or SATA II or SATA III ports.   Sigh.
