Hi @Badri62,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
Configuring your M120 wireless mouse to your desktop is generally straightforward. Here’s how to do it:
Unbox the Mouse: Remove the M120 mouse from its packaging and insert the required batteries (if it’s not pre-installed).
Connect the USB Receiver:
- Locate the USB receiver that came with the mouse.
- Plug the USB receiver into an available USB port on your desktop.
Power On the Mouse:
- Turn on the mouse using the power switch, typically located on the bottom of the device.
Wait for Recognition:
- Your desktop should automatically recognize the mouse. You might see a notification indicating that the device is being set up.
Test the Mouse:
- Move the mouse around to see if the cursor responds on the screen. Click the left and right buttons to check their functionality.
Troubleshooting:
- If the mouse doesn’t work, try changing the USB port or replacing the batteries.
That’s it! Your M120 wireless mouse should now be configured and ready for use.
