HP Pavilion Gaming - TG01-0023w
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone!

My hp Pavilion desktop has an internal Bluetooth 4.0 which does not work very well. I purchased a USB Bluetooth dongle 5.1 but these two Bluetooth always have conflict although I disable the internal Bluetooth already. I have to manually disable the internal Bluetooth and restart and disable the LE enumerator and restart again to use USB Bluetooth dongle 5.1. However if I restart the computer again it will stop working again. Then I need to redo the disable process again and restart everytime.

My question is I want to disable the internal Bluetooth but cannot find the option in bios.

Can anyone please help me?

@ferren -- is this your computer: HP Pavilion Gaming - TG01-0023w Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support

That page lists: Wireless: Realtek Wi-Fi 5 (1x1) and Bluetooth® 4.2 combo

So, physically remove that device from the motherboard to remove Bluetooth capability and WiFi capability. Purchase an external USB-connected "stick" that provides Bluetooth (and WiFi, it you want).
