Product: HP Touchsmart 320-1030D
Microsoft did automatic updates on my computer and now I have missing drivers. They told me that they could not roll it back to when everything was working so they told me to contact HP to do a BIOS Update.

Hello,
As I read you want to update your BIos
To update your bios
- First, you have to Go to HP Software & Driver Downloads, and then enter your computer product number.
- Then you have to check available software for BIOS, click it, and then confirm it is a higher version number and it is for your processor type. And download that BIOS.
- Make sure the power cord is connected to the system. Keep it connected during the BIOS update process.
- Close any open applications.
- Browse to the folder or desktop where you saved the downloaded BIOS update file.
- Find the file name (example: sp12345.exe), and then double-click it to start the installation.During the update process, These behaviours occur: the computer beeps, the display turns off, cooling fans turn on or off, and the power button light flashes. But you don't have to worry. It's normal when a bios update
Hope this will help you.
Thanks
