Product: Envy 700-327c
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
Like other HP owners (though with different PCs), I am given the choice of two different BIOS updates depending on my "ROM Family SSID".
Where do I find that ? It did NOT seem to be in the Windows 7 System Information

Hi
Your motherboard description found here is:
- Manufacturer name: Pegatron
- HP/Compaq name: Memphis-B
- SSID: 2AF7
So the BIOS update 80.23 Rev.A is for your motherboard.
Grzy
