The HP Printer ENVY 4510 Series AO says it is IDLE. It will not print. When I try to print this is what is conveyed: The application property sheet page may not function properly.
Function address: 0X0007FF8EFA5567C, caused a protection fault (0Xe06d7363)

Hi @TheCruz,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It seems like you're encountering a technical issue with your HP ENVY 4510 printer, and the error message suggests a problem with the application property sheet page. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
- Restart the Printer: Turn off your printer, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary glitches.
- Restart your Computer: Similarly, restart your computer to ensure that any software-related issues are cleared.
- Update Printer Drivers: Make sure you have the latest printer drivers installed. Visit the official HP website, locate the drivers for your specific printer model, and download/install them.
- Check for Windows Updates: Ensure that your operating system is up-to-date. Check for and install any pending Windows updates.
- Run the Printer Troubleshooter: Windows has a built-in troubleshooter that can identify and fix common printing problems. Go to "Settings" > "Update & Security" > "Troubleshoot" > "Additional troubleshooters" and run the Printer troubleshooter.
- Check for Software Conflicts: Some third-party software or security programs may interfere with printing. Temporarily disable antivirus and firewall software to see if it resolves the issue.
- Reinstall Printer Software: Uninstall the printer software from your computer, restart, and then reinstall the latest version from the HP website.
- Check for Paper Jams or Hardware Issues: Ensure that there are no paper jams or other hardware issues with the printer. Check the printer's display for any error messages.
- Update or Reinstall the Application: If the error is specific to a particular application, consider updating or reinstalling that application.
Remember to back up any important data before making significant changes to your system.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
