My hard drive died and I want to replace the drive. I can’t find my restore disk that came with computer.. is this something I can get from HP? Been looking on the site with no luck... I need windows 10 and drivers (although I can download drivers from the site

Hi:
I don't see an option to order recovery media either for any of the operating systems listed on the support page.
The specs indicate that it came with W8 from HP and since the PC is more than 5 years old, HP quit selling recovery media for it.
You can reinstall W10 for free by making bootable installation media using the media creation tool at the link below.

When you get to the part that asks you to enter a product key, select the 'I don't have a product key' option, and W10 will install and automatically activate once you are connected to the internet.
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
