Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

At seemingly random times, the hp pc hardware diagnostics window opens and blocks all other windows on my desktop until it completes it's scan. There doesn't appear to be a way to minimize, move or close it. I was in the middle of a zoom meeting and sharing my screen when the window opened. I had to wait for the diagnostic process to complete before I could continue with my presentation. I don't want to uninstall it, but I need to be able to control when it opens or be able to minimize it.
