Hi:
I don't believe that you can order recovery media from HP for your PC.
Your PC should be supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use with another PC running W7 64 bit or newer to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.
Here is an info link for how to use that utility. You will also need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.

You would have to contact HP customer service in India to see if you can order recovery media, since this is a peer-to-peer forum and we don't work for or represent HP.
