Please guide me on what next step to take when power switch is switch on following error message appears on screen: "Boot Device not found. Please install an operating system on hard disk. Hard Disk <3FO>
F2 for system Diagnostics"
Unfortunately, no required hard disk and what's the possibility of rebooting without a hard disk. Need help here.
Appreciate your step by step guide to solve this issue.

If the F2 option from that warning also reports "Boot Device not found or no hard disk" the the hard drive has failed and needs to be replaced.
In answer to the question, you can boot with a Live OS, such as Ubuntu on a DVD or USB drive or you can make a Windows 10 USB to boot from, if Windows 10 has never been installed on that PC, it will only be a trial for 30 days.
If you need the install media for Windows 10, you can make it from this Microsoft download
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
With a working PC, scroll down to the "Using the tool to create installation media"
and then follow the directions. You can make either the DVD or USB.
When the install asks for the product key, click the I don't have a product key option to continue,
then the install will continue It will be activated once it connects to the internet, as it uses a digital key.
I'm not an HP employee.
