How to reinstall Windows 10 Pro for Workstations?

I purchased the HP Z240 workstation in Japan. After finish the work in Japan, I come back to my country. I would like to change the language of Windows to English, so I applied English language pack. However, there still many places that still use Janpanese font, especially the character \ cannot be shown as it (in general, cannot change to 100% English).

I have made Windows 10 Pro installation usb by using Media Creation Tool from Microsoft, and installed Windows 10 Pro English version to the desktop. I think that it will detect the license in BIOS and make it Windows 10 Pro for Workstation, but not, it is only Windows 10 Pro.

How can I install Windows 10 Pro for Workstation (English version)? My workstation PC now runs Windows 10 Pro only 😞
