Hello everyone, i was having problem with my hard drive before I got a new one installed but I don't know how to have everything restored. Please help me

If that model is supported, you can look here to get a HP Cloud Recovery download

Otherwise you can make a Windows 10 install media from here:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
With a working PC, scroll down to the "Using the tool to create installation media" and follow the directions.
