Brought Hp Envy 34" AIO PC from India in Feb 2023 and brought to Luxembourg in June 2023. The PC was working fine till last week when suddenly it got switched OFF. Since then we tried doing all by changing the switchboard to removing and putting cables again etc but the PC would not start.
We tried contacting the Hp support service as mentioned on the Hp website in Luxembourg and they told us it's only for business customers, the same goes with the Belgium support centre.
The Hp contact numbers given on the website do not exist. I am interested in getting it checked with a Hp authorised centre so that I can get the right solution and parts (if the need arises)
What I am surprised about is Hp selling its PC and other products and does not have a service centre to cater to the needs of repairs or support of its personal use customers. Moreover, the chat service which is not human just keeps things beating around the bush with no solution other than the person seeking a solution gets crazy handling the chat service with no phone number or email id provided.
Can anyone help me with the information on where I can service my new AIO in Luxembourg or nearby places? Appreciate your valuable feedback and suggestions. Thanks.

Hi @JubinV,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like your HP Envy 34" All-In-One PC is experiencing power-related issues. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem.
- Check Power Source: Ensure that the power outlet you're using is working properly. Try plugging another device into the same outlet to verify if it's functioning correctly.
- Power Cable and Adapter: Inspect the power cable and adapter for any signs of damage. Try using a different power cable and adapter to see if the issue persists.
- Reset Power: Disconnect the power cable from the PC and hold down the power button for about 30 seconds to drain any residual power. Then reconnect the power cable and try turning on the PC again.
- Check for Indicator Lights: Look for any indicator lights on the PC that might provide clues about its status. If there are any LED lights on the PC, see if they turn on or blink when attempting to power on the device.
- Hardware Issues: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, there may be a hardware problem with the PC. It could be a faulty power supply, motherboard issue, or another internal component failure.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
