HP Recommended

Help-My HP Pavillion system All-in One PC24-K is running slow as hell. Barely used, takes forever to load any app, whether it's chrome or a website, word doc, etc. Cannot load and then it freezes up. The computer is barely used so it's not a memory issue. Help is appreciated.

Hi NYGal,

 

It could be a hardware problem (memory or system drive).

 

Check hardware at startup.

 

Start the PC. Repeatedly tap the "ESC" key.

 

Select "F2". Run system and component tests.
