Hi @Prin_1711,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Sorry to hear about your HP Envy x360. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue.

Check the Power Supply: Make sure the power adapter is securely connected to both the laptop and the power source. If you have another compatible adapter, try using it to rule out an adapter issue.

Perform a Hard Reset:

  • Disconnect all peripherals and unplug the power adapter.
  • Remove the battery if it's removable (check your laptop's manual or HP website if you're unsure).
  • Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds to discharge any residual power.
  • Reinsert the battery, plug in the power adapter, and try turning on the laptop.

Inspect the Screen:

  • Shine a flashlight at an angle on the screen to see if there's any faint image. If you see something, it might be a backlight issue.
  • Try connecting your laptop to an external monitor or TV to see if the issue is with the screen itself.

Check for Hardware Issues:

  • If you’re comfortable opening the laptop, check if all internal connections are secure. Sometimes loose cables or components can cause display issues.

Listen for Beeps or Lights:

  • Pay attention to any beeps or blinking lights when you try to power on the laptop. These can indicate specific hardware issues.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
