Hi @Wigzee,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

It’s definitely concerning when a brand-new HP Pavilion All-in-One gets stuck on the HP logo and doesn’t boot further. Let’s walk through some steps to help you get it up and running.

Step-by-Step Troubleshooting

1. Perform a Hard Reset

  • Turn off the PC completely.
  • Unplug the power cable.
  • Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds.
  • Plug it back in and try turning it on again.

2. Access Startup Menu

  • As soon as you press the power button, repeatedly tap the Esc key (once per second).
  • This should bring up the Startup Menu.
    • If it does, press F2 to run System Diagnostics.
    • If it doesn’t, continue to the next step.

3. Try BIOS Recovery

  • Turn off the PC.
  • Press and hold Windows + B, then press and hold the power button for 2–3 seconds.
  • Release the power button, but keep holding Windows + B for another 10 seconds.
  • This may trigger BIOS recovery mode.

4. Check for External Devices

  • Disconnect all USB drives, printers, and accessories.
  • Sometimes, a connected device can interfere with booting.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
