Hp Support is Non_Existent, No Solutions when calling and Live Chat always unavailable

ENVY Destktop All in One
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So to say that I am disappointed right now would be an understatement.  I spent several weeks looking at desktop options for my small business.   I chose the HP Envy 34" ALL IN ONE, which I had been eyeing for some time.  I ordered it on January 20, 2019 and received it on January 24, 2019.  I unboxed it yesterday for setup and ran into problems almost immediately from the HP Jump Start App.  I selected several apps to download (Several Adobe Products, among others) the computer kept giving back an error message despite repeated attempts. So I attempted to get Live Chat Support, but kept getting error messages.  Then I called the phone support number, and the person on the other end did not help and tranferred me to third party app support which of course could not help me so he transferred me back where I was on hold for 20 minutes, then I get an email they closed the ticket.   This is unacceptable.,  I tried again today to get assistance via live chat for another error that showed up and again it said it could not connect and to try another support option.  I am in warranty with a 4 day old computer and cannot get anyone to address my concerns.  Is there some other support number or method that I can get an actual reply.

To summarize the issues are: HP Jumpstart apps are not downloading and I keep getting pop ups indicating my HP warranty will expire in December 2, 2019 when I just purchased my desktop in January, 2019 , why doesn't the live chat work?? How are the customers supposed to get tech support?   I would appreciate any resposnes or suggestions to get my issues resolved.

You can contact HP Technical Support and open a case.

If you are located in the USA / Canada and called a number you found on the Internet, you were likely not speaking with HP.

  • Use the serial number of the device to submit the case (do not post that information here).
  • In those areas where Chat is an option, Chat service hours are likely restricted.
  • Chat is not available in every region.

In the event that Chat is not available in your region:  Call the number provided in the HP directory, else submit your case online (to receive phone contact information)

  • HP will advise you there is a fee for phone support and / or other services when your computer / device is no longer under warranty.  This is normal business practice.

  • HP may tell you that certain services are not covered under warranty.  This is normal business practice.  Standard Warranty typically covers specific hardware issues as explained in the Warranty contract. Care Pack coverage and warranties differ by package.

  • USA / Canada:  Regional contact information is displayed afteryou submit an online case.  Use the serial number of the device to submit the case to HP.
  • HP websites are the only ones allowed to use the HP copyright circle/logo.  Look for the copyright on any website claiming to be HP. If in doubt, scroll to the bottom of the Website to find HP copyright logo.
