Hi people,
I cannot download the latest images for HP Thin Client due to an error that is displayed on the screen when e app is launched. This happens with the latest or previous versions of the application. How I am supposed to act in tis situation?
edit: As I am not sure f you are able to see the image I posted the error text is;
Failed to download file from http://ftp.hp.com/pub/tcimages/easyupdate/images/hpcatalog.xml
to {localDirectoryPath}. 407 Proxy Authentication required.

Check the "Internet Proxy" setting on the computer that you are using to do the download. Try disabling the use of any proxy.
Using: ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/tcimages/EasyUpdate/Images/hpcatalog.xml
I was able to download the file. All that implies is that the file exists. What you need to do with the downloaded file is not immediately obvious to me.
