Product: HP TouchSmart 300 PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The screen keep changing colors (red, green, blue, grey) after startup. How can I get to menu. Tried F8 to reboot but no reaction.

@tinusia60 I recommend you attempt to access the BIOS screen by tapping on F10 while the computer is restarting,

If the issue persists in the BIOS screen which is outside windows, it would confirm a hardware failure and you will need to get the LCD either repaired or replaced,
 

However, if it doesn't show up in the BIOS, it would confirm a software issue and we'll need to reinstall or update the display drivers using the Official HP Website: Click here, once done, please restart the device to resolve the issue.
