I have tried a lot of settings, and can't seem to get BIOS to recognise my uefi HDD . It worked prior to the BIOS reset ???

No listing for your CD/DVD device, either?

A "driver" is loaded only when Windows is loading.  Since you cannot load Windows, you are barking up the wrong tree.

Assuming that the disk-drive has not completely "died", and that it is receiving electrical power, and that the SATA

cable is tightly connected at both the motherboard and the disk-drive, check your "legacy" and your "UEFI" settings.

By "resetting" the BIOS, you removed the disk-drive from the list of "bootable" UEFI devices. Restore it to the list.
