HP Recommended

My computer was doing an update recently and ever since I can’t use it.  It starts up and I get to type my PIN number in to log in but once that happens the screen is black.  I’ve restarted in safe mode but that didn’t help either.  It showed me a message that said “adobe creative cloud need to resolve this problem” did that too but that didn’t help either. 

The computer is  all in one desktop less than 2 years old.  24”.
