Before doing this recovery I had to reinstall the system but using the Windows tool and I installed the system manually .. when I installed the application I support assistant it didn't recognize the PC and so I put the serial number and model manually in the BIOS. I didn't know there was Cloud recovery tool to restore the PC. Now I want to restore the PC with Cloud recovery tool only it tells me that there are 3 errors: 0100, 0120 and 0130 .. how can I fix them? I look forward to your reply

Translation by Google Translate:

Computer not compatible with system support.

It is impossible to continue the recovery of the system with these supports.

Do you have the correct software for your specific motherboard?

I have Windows 10 home installed with Media Tool Creator

Did you override the default options for that tool, to explicitly select the 32-bit version, or the 64-bit version ?

Hi, I solved the problem .... some data was missing in the bios, such as the feature byte and the BID .. but unfortunately I noticed that in my hp all in One 24 f0003nl the system board ct Number is missing (I already found, it was under power) and the system is missing ... To add the feature byte and the BID I went on the internet to search and just press ctrl + a to change .. but I don't know how to add the ct Number is the family system .. can you help me?
