Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi guyz I hope you all are doing great. i am facing a strange issue . and i need you guyz help

I have HP ELITE 8300 SFF corei3 , 8gb ram ,256gb ssd and very old AMD Radeon HD 8490 Graphics Card 1 GB.

Problem is that it restarts randomly anytime, sometimes continuously , sometime stops.means there is no exact time stamp when it will going to happen.

 

it started to create problem last summer. and when winter starting to come it stops to random restart.you can say my PC not even restarted ONE time in my whole winter and now as summer came its random restarts began now. First i thought may be it is GPU issue so i unplugged it, it works for for a couple of days but again same issue without GPU too

i checked in CPU temp software, everything normal. only thing is in windows event viewer it shows critical error after restart saying that power was cut down.

 

i am starting to think that may be possible it is PSU issue, but other thing is no stress on pc, only browsing or on idle it restarts. Funny thing is in winter i played a little bit heavy games like HOLLOW KNIGHT and i say before it never restarted in winter season ever.

 

can you please guide me to identify the issue..This is frustrating for me now..waiting for your replies.
