HP Recommended

I’ve tried several times to update my computer to windows 11 and it keeps failing. This last time it’s refusing to even turn on. When I turn it on it the caps lock flashes 3 times and then 2 quick flashes. I have tried pushing Windows and B while turning it on and that doesn’t help. If anyone has solutions please let me know.
